Patrick’s Cafe & Bakery

Patrick Choy opened Patrick’s Cafe & Bakery in White Center, Seattle in 2014. Patrick hails from Hawai’i and he is one of four siblings of the famous Sam Choy family that originally owned a restaurant on the Big Island. The Choy family would task the siblings with picking Laua’e leaves every time they hosted a lu’au or other event. Keeping the lettering and Laua’e leaf illustration as organic as possible, every design element is meant to reinforce Patrick’s mission to serve comfort food with Aloha to Hawai’i expats and locals alike.
